Nilla Wafers are hardly a staple in anyone's diet, but that doesn't mean they're not super harmful on the rare occasions you do decide to go for it. The whole gang of terrible ingredients are here: soybean oil, high fructose corn syrup, and hydrogenated cottonseed oil, i.e. trans fats. You're basically looking at a cocktail of potential heart problems and more. We just can't think why you'd want to risk it all on a product like this!
