Feeling like it was necessary to go further than that, Newton once told an interviewer that when she went home at night after a day filming romantic scenes, she would always complain about how warm the set was, and how many times she had to kiss Cruise. Given that Cruise has been a Hollywood sex symbol for three decades, that's something of a surprise to hear.
