3. Baltimore Ravens - Michael Phelps

Baltimore is known for several things, their delicious crabs, being the birthplace and headquarters for Under Armour, the Baltimore Ravens, and none other their most famous patron ever, Michael Phelps who just so happens to be the city's most notorious Ravens fan. It's a perplexing thought to break down that the world's greatest competitive swimmer of all time is actually a fan of other athletes and teams who will never be able to accomplish what he has. If you've been living under a rock, Michael Phelps holds the world record for the most Olympic gold medals held by an individual with a total of 28 medals.

Unfortunately, Phelps' Ravens are in a transitional period as it looks like they're rallying around their newest acquisition at quarterback in Lamar Jackson but couldn't make it past the first round this year's NFL Playoffs. The future's bright for the franchise but, they'll have to wait sometime before hoisting their next championship banner into the raptors.

So, what gives your latte that deep black shade? Activated charcoal, or coconut ash, is produced by heating coconut shells to insanely high temperatures until theyre burnt to a crisp. The ashes are then increased in size by steaming at high temperatures. Through this process, the ashes become a strong detoxifier, mostly because they become extra absorbent. This product may be purchased in pill form, and promises to alleviate hangovers, minimize the effects of food poisoning, and fight the visible signs of aging.

Activated charcoal is said to boost ones energy as a result of decreasing toxins in the body. However, no evidence proves that detoxifying can lead to increased energy. Also, while it can help cure a hangover, it doesnt necessarily remove alcohol from your blood. It is also said to aid in debloating your stomach because it cleanses your colon but again, this all anecdotal and isnt supported by scientific evidence as of yet. All we can say for sure is that it is a proven detoxifier.
