Today we know him as one of Hollywood's biggest stars, but nobody really remembers that Ryan Reynolds began his career when he was just a kid. His next big TV role was starring alongside Melissa Joan Hart in Sabrina the Teenage Witch.

As he got older, Reynolds transitioned pretty seamlessly into more adult roles. It is also said to aid in debloating your stomach because it cleanses your colon but again, this all anecdotal and isnt supported by scientific evidence as of yet. All we can say for sure is that it is a proven detoxifier.
