45. LaTasha Marzolla

There is not a lot of publicly available information regarding LaTasha's weight, although one important fact is well-known - apart from being a successful MMA fighter, she has also appeared in several Playboy Special Edition magazines. In 2004, she was chosen as Model of the Year, an award which she was very proud of. LaTasha was born on August 21, 1979, making her one of the older women to be featured in this article.

She was born in the US and has attended high school in Las Vegas, where she first started participating in the junior varsity wrestling team. She is also a kickboxer, and is currently competing for the Tuff-N-Uff Amateur Fighting Championship. Before she became a professional MMA fighter, she decided to learn self-defense because her house was robbed. After that event, she enrolled for Muay Thai classes with the well-known Master Toddy.

Activated charcoal is said to boost ones energy as a result of decreasing toxins in the body. However, no evidence proves that detoxifying can lead to increased energy. Also, while it can help cure a hangover, it doesnt necessarily remove alcohol from your blood. It is also said to aid in debloating your stomach because it cleanses your colon but again, this all anecdotal and isnt supported by scientific evidence as of yet. All we can say for sure is that it is a proven detoxifier.
