They did this with a lot of horror movies for some reason. I think it had to do with it being the year 2000. But seriously, to me it screams "cheesy." You know it's going to be something old trying to be so modern that it hurts. The title says it all in this movie. It's about Dracula appearing in the year 2000 and having to deal with Y2k and other worries. OK, so maybe not Y2K.
