Both have been depicted as Jack Kirby, and it's also a bit odd that The Fulcrum would be so powerful and just hang around bartending. That's right, he's a bartender in a bar for the Eternals in the afterlife. That sounds like The One Above All just trying to fit in with the homies. You know they wouldn't act cool if they knew The One Above All was around.
