Kathy Griffin has been one of the most controversial comedians of our generation and has released several cable television comedy specials as well as a plethora of comedy albums that have done well on the market. Griffin is just now getting her groove back as she's made her return to the limelight after her distasteful beheaded Donald Trump photo that shook up the internet and the general media some time ago.
Sadly, we almost lost the comedian/television personality while she was under the knife for a cosmetic elective liposuction surgery. Griffin went unresponsive and was technically considered dead for quite some time before being revived by the doctors present on the operating table. Anything for good looks though, right? We're glad, Griffin didn't pass away and she's getting her career back on the right track.
