Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the most prominent A-list celebrities and actors on the face of the planet. It was only the beginning for him as he played a mentally challenged child in What's Eating Gilbert Grape but since then he's gone to star in some of the greatest feature films of our generation in Titanic, The Revenant, and The Wolf of Wall Street.
But, we almost lost him, yep it's true ladies, the heartthrob known as Leonardo DiCaprio could have been worm food but luckily he's escaped death to provide us with top-notch on-screen entertainment. While in South Africa, Leo went shark diving but after a strong wave allowed a great white shark to enter halfway into the cage, he was only an arm's length away from being eaten alive.
Leo also, stared death in the face while skydiving. Both parachutes were too tangled to release but luckily, his diving companion was able to get a chute open in time for the two to survive but the two still suffered injury as they could have broken their legs but barrel rolled to safety causing the two to get banged up.
