The undisputed Godfather of Heavy Metal Ozzy Osbourne has lived quite a crazy life. Ozzy was once the frontman of the notorious Black Sabbath band but later was kicked out of the band where he started his solo career and went on to release eleven albums, seven of which went platinum. Ozzy's also been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and later turned into quite the reality star alongside his family on MTV's, The Osbournes.
Back in 2003, Ozzy Osbourne was involved in an ATV accident that could have killed the legendary rock star. Ozzy suffered from a broken collarbone, eight fractured ribs that pinched several blood vessels as well as damaged vertebrae in his neck. Ozzy spoke on the accident saying, "The bloody thing nearly killed me. I am lucky to be here today and not paralyzed."
