As everybody knows, Miley Cyrus' father Billy Ray is a country music singer. It wouldn't make sense for his daughter to be born anywhere outside of the states that enjoy county, but in the case of Cyrus, the family went the whole hog and had her born and raised on a farm in Franklin.
