Orange is the color of prison jumpsuits, and the whole reason that the television show 'Orange is the New Black' goes by that name. You can wear orange as part of an outfit and not have everybody think you're a jailbird, but if you also decide to have the word 'guilty' printed across your chest, you're just asking for trouble.

It's not a good look to be charged with a criminal offense when you're wearing clothes which suggest you're a criminal. This can't have been fun for his lawyer to look at. Maybe try a different shirt that says 'innocent' for the trial?
