Others post it when they think someone else is making a fool out of themselves online. The remaining percentage of the people using the meme actually know the true identity of the man in it.
Fans of the NBA would be able to help them out. This is Nick Young, a once-promising shooting guard who played for the LA Lakers and the Washington Wizards. For reasons nobody can accurately explain, his career now appears to be over at the age of 33 after his cutting by the Denver Nuggets. Why is nobody offering him a position? We don't know.
