Make Your Way Across the Salar De Uyuni in Bolivia

Bolivia is another place that you must see, due to its natural beauty. Another plus is that Bolivia is still an unexplored place when it comes to most tourists, meaning you would be one of the first to check out the place. The Salar de Uyuni is the world's largest salt flat, measured at about 4,086 square miles, which is about 10,582 square kilometers. That's biggest than some countries in Europe.

The salt flat is located in southwest Bolivia, near the crest of the Andes. The place is 11,995 feet above sea level, which is taller than most mountains in the US. Due to the elevation of the Salar de Uyuni, some people have problems keeping their breath. The Salar was formed as a result of several different transformations that happened between several prehistoric lakes.
