Pennsylvania - Kurt Angle

Kurt Angle didn't have to curate some strange moniker or weird character in order to hit the biggest stage in professional wrestling. Kurt Angle won the gold medal in the 1996 Summer Olympics for freestyle wrestling in the heavyweight division. From there, Angle made his WWF debut two years later where became the company's ultimate heel.

Throughout his career, Kurt Angle has faced many top-tier adversaries including The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Chris Jericho, Edge, Shawn Michaels, and so many more. Not to mention, his formal wrestling style made all of these names beatable for the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-native. Kurt Angle ended his career as a four-time WWF/E Champion, a one-time WCW Champion, one-time WWE Tag Team Champion, and so many more accolades. Angle is one the greatest to ever hit the mat, he has the ability to put on a show and make you love him or hate him. Peace to the 2017 WWE Hall of Fame inductee, Kurt Angle.
