Halle Berry is another celebrity who's managed to get that 'Spanish villa' feel down with her choice in mansions. We feel slightly wrong giving her home a price tag of $8m, because in reality it would be worth a lot more than that if she sold it today. She bought it was back in 2004. We think you could probably put a '1' in front of that if it went back on the market today at least; the fact that a megastar has lived in it for so long brings a unique value of its own.
Like many of her contemporaries, Berry has settled down in Malibu, by the beach. The huge swelling is actually spit across two completely separated buildings, and we're not too sure what she keeps in which part. Maybe there's an underground tunnel that runs between the two?
