I think Denise Richards could have made a great Wonder Woman if this were a decade or two earlier. It's not as if she's old. She looks great for her age, and it's not so much about her age anyway. She just would have fit better in that role if the movie were to come out around the time of 'Cruel Intentions.' Richards has a great way of playing someone with a strong sense of justice. She can also play a bitch very well too, which just goes to show how underrated of an actress she is.
The type of Wonder Woman she could play is a Wonder Woman for a different time. In the world of gritty superhero movies, her bubbly and idealistic Wonder Woman wouldn't exactly play. At least not in producer's eyes.
