I know what you're thinking. This must be a joke, right? Tiffany Haddish as Wonder Woman? There are a couple of considerations to make when thinking about this casting. For one, it would have been groundbreaking to make Wonder Woman black. It also wouldn't be completely out of the question. There were black women on Themyscira, plus it's all made up anyway. Put anyone on your imagine island that you want!
It's also important to note how much of a rising star Haddish is. She's starring in several movies that have come out in 2018. She's practically the female Kevin Hart. Although her expertise is comedy, it's only a matter of time until she breaks out into drama and action. Whenever that happens, I am all their for it. She may not have been a serious choice for Wonder Woman, but it's fun to think about.
