You have to give credit to Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin. I wouldn't say they were the most exciting couple in the world, but they sure left their mark on the culture when they broke up. Gwyneth Paltrow famously made the divorce announcement when she called it their "conscious uncoupling." The term was up for immediate ridicule. What a euphemism! The fact that Paltrow posted about it on her blog, Gloop, made it all the more unintentionally funny. Goop is known for posting outrageous stories, like using egg whites as a feminine hygiene cleaner for example. Or the blog will talk about the most affordable yacht rental services. I honestly don't know who that blog is for.
