If you remember Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore's relationship, then you remember all the jokes about him going after an older woman. That age difference became a problem in their marriage. Demi Moore is sixteen years older than Kutcher, plus she has three older daughters who could be dating Ashton themselves. With Ashton being a bit of a young, wild boy, it was easy for Demi to fall into the mother role. That's not a fun role to be in when you're romantically involved with someone. Surprisingly, they made it six years together before splitting it up. I don't see that as a huge issue for Ashton, considering the fact that he's now happily with Mila Kunis.
