Luckily, past generations have had their own version of Halle Berry with her doppelganger, Dorothy Dandridge who not only was a renowned actress but a strong vocalist who performed at notorious venues like the Cotton Club and the Apollo Theater. Dandridge was also the first African-American woman to be nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress which earned her a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Unfortunately, Ms. Dandridge died of mysterious circumstances at the age of 42. Both Berry and Dandridge will forever be known for their beauty and talent.
