I'm pretty confident and extra sometimes, but even I wouldn't wear short shorts out in public. Not with that outfit at least. Come on, dude. If you're going to wear the short shorts let's tone up those legs and wear a cute top too. This whole outfit is a huge miss if you ask me, and I'm no fashion expert.
