50. Britney Spears

Born Britney Jean Spears on December 2, 1981 to James and Lynne Spears in McComb, Mississippi, Britney Spears burst onto the pop-music scene in 1999 with her debut album "...Baby One More Time". Her catchy tunes and well-choreographed music videos catapulted her to the top of the charts, and the top of our hearts: Do you remember the first time you heard the intro piano riff on her first single?

But like all the superstars who experience success at a young age, Spears had her share of not-so-bright moments under the spotlight. Her personal issues and erratic behavior in the early-2000s led her to take a hiatus in the mid-2000s. But you can't keep this hard-working star down for long. In recent years, Spears has secured residency in Las Vegas with a recurring show, as well as releasing a new perfume line in 2018 and fashion line in 2019. Just when you think she's done, "Oops...She did it again"!
