As far as we're concerned, you can't go wrong with a Sandra Bullock film. Just try thinking of one that didn't keep you entertained and you'll see that it doesn't exist. We're willing to admit that The Proposal isn't exactly her best work, but you'll still love it! Released in 2009, this movie also stars Ryan Reynolds - some great eye candy if you're having a night in with the girls.
The plot is somewhat unrealistic but it always keeps things fun. Bullock plays Margaret Tate, an editor in chief of a publishing house. The catch is that she's Canadian and is facing deportation from the USA due to an expired visa. Of course, instead of going through the appropriate official channels, this is where she forces her assistant, Andrew Paxton, to act as her fiancé.
