Lohan and Curtis play a mother and daughter who can't manage to get along. Curtis is straight laced and strict, while Lohan is a tad rebellious and in a punk band. This is where the cheesy 'body swap' part comes in. After eating at a Chinese restaurant, a fortune cookie changes the course of their lives. Suddenly, they've swapped bodies, and hilarity inevitably ensues. The two finally learn how to fix their relationship with each other after seeing things from a different point of view.
