At just nine years old, Rider Strong was well on his way to a prosperous career in acting. He appeared on stage as Gavroche in the San Francisco production of Les Miserables and soon after landed the role of Julie Andrews's son in Julie. But his best-known work was most definitely as Shawn Hunter in the television series, Boy Meets World. He starred on the show for seven years and also appeared in the spin off, Girl Meets Boy.
In terms of acting roles, Strong never really managed to outdo his Boy Meets World gig. He did star in the horror film, Cabin Fever, but started turning to off screen jobs after that. He has written, directed, and starred in various short films and has enjoyed some pretty impressive success in the entertainment industry as an adult.
