Things were looking great for young actress Alisan Porter, who began her career at the tender age of three years old. With roles in blockbuster films, such as Parenthood, Stella, and I Love You Dearly, she was well on her way to fame. In 1991, she scored her big break with the lead role in Curly Sue. Like so many child actors, Porter didn't quite make it big and admits to struggling with drug and alcohol abuse in the years following her acting days.
Porter's life definitely turned around for the better when she cleaned up her health and decided to follow her passion for music and singing. In 2016, she auditioned for The Voice and won a spot on Christina Aguilera's team. She ended up winning season 10 and achieving success all over again.
