The 'Mean Girls' star and stand-up comedian came out in 2014 and revealed that he'd been in a long-term relationship with stylist Joseph Bradley Phillips for years. They didn't immediately get engaged though; that moment didn't arrive until a full two years later, when Franzese excitedly confirmed the news in a post on Instagram.
