We all know that most of these social media lies are for attention. Any good attention seeker knows that the best way to get it is with a hospital visit. Nothing racks up the likes than a trip to the ER. Which reminds me, I haven't posted on instagram in a while. Maybe I should go drive my car into a pole.

Either way, this Facebooker thought it'd be cool to brag about his morphine drip while at the hospital. The sympathy immediately starts to roll in. Unfortunately the truth rears its ugly head. Turns out it's just saline. Saline for runny poo! Maybe this guy has runny poo because he's so nervous from all his lies.
