Again, this one doesn't come down to physical traits. It doesn't even come down to physical abilities or medical conditions. We are talking about men who are invested in looking after themselves. A guy who parties every night, doesn't eat his vegetables, smokes or does drugs all the time, stresses too much, and generally has no respect for their body is not attractive. It might be exciting for a while, but women will eventually start finding the party boy tiresome. The workaholic is another example of someone who doesn't always look after themselves.
At the end of the day, many women are looking for a life partner. If you don't take care of your health and it looks like you might be cutting your own life short, it's going to be a major turn off.
