It is interesting to look back at Superhero TV shows and movies from the past now that we are in the height of superhero content. Superheroes have a long history of being on television, though the TV shows from back in the 60s and 70s are nothing like what we have now. Gritty superhero shows are what's most popular now. In several decades from now, the landscape of superhero TV shows may look completely different. That is if TV even exists in a couple of decades from now. We may have completely new forms of entertainment.
